CEO99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on the CEO99 platform and participate in any betting or casino activities. You cannot use a CEO99 account without accepting these Terms & Conditions. CEO99 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

CEO99 believes online gaming is a form of entertainment and is therefore intended for responsible adults only. Registration will not be accepted if the following conditions are not met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
• Registration is not available to residents of countries on CEO99's restricted list
• Only one account may be opened per person
• CEO99 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in any betting activities

2. Account Registration & Management

Registration on CEO99 is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information or using another person's identity may result in account suspension or permanent closure at CEO99's discretion. Under these Terms & Conditions, each user may operate one account only.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password, keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, and report any suspicious activity to CEO99 support immediately.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration
• Withdrawal options may be limited until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited

3. Betting Rules

Please read the specific rules for each game or event before placing a bet on CEO99. Under CEO99's Terms & Conditions, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless CEO99 decides to do so under exceptional circumstances.

Live odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. CEO99 reserves the right to update odds at any time. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, CEO99 may void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount.

• Minimum bet amount is BDT 10; maximum limits vary by game
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Any account found involved in betting cartel activity or system manipulation will be permanently closed
• If a technical disruption occurs during live betting after a game has started, CEO99's decision will be considered final
• CEO99 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting activity and to withhold payments where necessary
• Casino game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and verified by independent third-party auditors

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit on CEO99 is BDT 200. Instant deposits are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Under CEO99's Terms & Conditions, deposited funds may only be used by the registered account holder, and payments sent in a third party's name will not be accepted.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. If CEO99's security team flags a transaction as suspicious, it may be held for additional verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account level
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn
• CEO99 reserves the right to apply withdrawal fees where necessary, and users will be notified in advance
• If funds are withheld due to suspected fraud, CEO99 will inform the user of its decision once the investigation is complete

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Participation in CEO99's bonus and promotion program is entirely optional. Under CEO99's Terms & Conditions, each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, CEO99 reserves the right to close the account and void the bonus.

• Accounts suspected of money laundering or illegal activity will be placed under investigation
• If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, all accounts will be closed
• Abusive behavior toward CEO99 staff may result in a temporary account suspension
